Seller was very courteous, very apologetic and my refund was in my account very quickly. Just a pity cant deliver to northern Ireland but thats due to the size of packaging nothing else. Also I have to say the sellers prices are super reasonable and I would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

Packaging could be improved as one of the mounts had been dented while 'floating' around in the plastic bag used for despatch, however actual frame was contained in separate boxes, please take note seller.

A little bit more attention would prevent this! Overall though, I am happy enough with the whole outcome and am pleased with the canvasses, some of which are already used!

The worktop saver was well packaged, but the state the box was in when it arrived was awful. It was very squashed on one side. Luckily the contents wasn't damaged. As this was the fault of the courier - not the seller - I have responded to Evri's e-mail, asking for feedback on the delivery, citing these issues.
