Seller honored the deal but cancelled the second order indicating out of stock, but they continued to advertise 2 for sale. Prior to making the orders I asked about combining shipping costs. They indicated they do not combine costs (discount) even though Ebay advertises this service. Why cancel the second order? Full refund was promptly provided.
