  The good news is that the seller shipped the item right away. Since it came from Bulgaria, that's important. The clock is really nice looking. But it was described as being in perfect condition. It might have been when it was sent but it isn't now. It works--sometimes. The mechanism is unreliable and often just stops ticking. This could be the packaging. It was put in a lightly padded envelope with some bubble wrap around it. I'm keeping it if only as a nice paperweight.
