DOSE THE SELLER OWE YOU ANYTHING? Should have responsibility for you? This negative review ONLY EXPOSES YOUR IGNORANCE. I'll kindly post the eBay regulations for you AGAIN.   Had a good experience with phone that was bought. A minor issue with some of the Chinese apps that were still found on the phone but was able to work around them. Other than that everything came in great working condition, new out the box.
