Seller provided a Royal Mail tracking number, which wasn't valid, but the parcel was actually delivered by Yodel, and no tracking info was available until 2 days after delivery. When I queried why delivery took longer than quoted at checkout, the seller was rude and dishonest about the expected delivery date.

I asked the seller to refund this order as there was no tracking added & I sourced a replacement elsewhere, asked the seller to cancel they offered me a part refund which I've refused, then after raising this with ebay yesterday the tracking has strangely appeared this morning! I still want a full refund so I'll have to escalate this with ebay & raise a charge back with my bank terrible service avoid this seller!
