It came with two power cables, all the HDD caddies, rails, upgraded network card, and configured exactly as the listing outlined. Most of sellers on Ebay had the HDD caddies, rails, and the upgraded network card as an add on option. Absolutely a fantastic seller. Contacted the seller and a replacement network card and a return shipping label was shipped right away. The new card worked perfectly!
