We generally ship out no later than the first business day after the paid order. If possible, we combine same-day orders and will refund you the savings automatically. I don't like being gouged on shipping and handling, and I bet you don't either.
For postcards, be aware that the eBay Standard Envelope tracking is only predicting a delivery date based on when the envelope last passed through a major processing center. It's not unusual for the card to take days after that to actually arrive. It's NOT actually tracking like USPS Ground Advantage. That being said, 99% of cards shipped this way get to you with no problem, just maybe slower than we'd like.

Many of my neighbors ancestors came to DC in the 1800s to work on the Library of Congress or the Capitol building. A very humbling thought of appreciation for them.
