  i want to tell the buyer , you need to insert the dongle key , then install the software on your computer , the blue dongle key need to work with the dongle together . thanks

  El articulo está atorado en aduana porque el vendedor declaro un valor menor a lo pagado, algo que yo no solicité, así que los controles estrictos tanto de la paquetería como de la aduana no me han querido liberar las tintas, y me están generando costos diarios que yo no contemplaba. Solicité ayuda al vendedor, sin obtener ayuda por parte de él, ya que argumenta que ya está en la aduana de destino, a pesar de que se le explicó que por haber declarado precio menor, fue que se detuvo el envío
