Complete with 48vdc Power Supply, On board Reference Oscillator, and the latest
EPIC V, CLN8479 controller card. My unit did not come with the V.24 Modem Card.
I applied power to it (48vdc) a dummy load to the transmitter and one for the receiver,
connected the UART cable, ran the RSS R14 software, configured the unit, and functions as designed.
