  The seller cancelled the order with no reason . I ask why but he didn’t reply to me . Very unprofessional to be honest

  The item was cancelled as you were not able to collect it for 3 weeks, I did state that immediate collection was required (you surely didn't expect us to store an entire kitchen for you for three weeks?). It seems quite unfair to give negative feedback which I have never had before just because I have cancelled a sale that you were not able to collect in good time.
