The item didn t cost much and included shipping, but PO lost the package- not the seller s fault. I notified seller that I hadn t received it; the only reply was that the package had been shipped - I already knew that. So I contacted the PO and was told no one had called about the missing package. My point is that this seller did not make any effort to contact the PO or offer refund. I m not sure seller cares about customers. I lost my money and seller lost a customer - nobody won.
