Has a problem with shipping and that’s fine, I get it things happen out of their control. But when I reach out and contact them after a week of the package being lost and finally they respond and I request a refund, it was silent. Never heard anything back for a week and a few days so I had to contact eBay directly to get my money back since this seller didn’t seem to care to contact me back after my two separate messages requesting a refund
