I sent this previously to the seller with no response.
I finally received all four wheels on three different days. I had them mounted. However, upon inspection after they unwrapped the wheels...
1. The wheels depicted had a jeep logo (white) on the wheels, mine received did not. These are not the same wheels.
2. The tires depicted in the listing are not the same tires or brand.

It couldn't have been any easier. I think I got the wheels 2 or 3 days after I ordered. they shipped the same day I bought them! They came and were exactly as pictured and look fantastic. In the future I will always buy my wheels and tires from these guys.
