Unfortunately this Buyer is rude and abusive, sent an inappropriate message using offensive language. States her parcel is not out for delivery when she received it less than 2hrs later! Called us useless, unskilled and unprofessional !! This parcel was actually delivered less than two hours after she sent the message. Last year complained about delivery again during a country wide Royal Mail Strike ! We have reported her to eBay and will be blocking her from any future purchases from us!

My message was .... Hi. Not even out for delivery, I was expecting it yesterday, should have learnt my lesson from last year. Thanks for your ineptness.. 1. Royal mail stated in TRANSIT.. 2 Mail strike or not it was over a week late.. It doesn't matter that you've blocked me, because I wouldn't be buying any more of your rubbish hampers ever again.. Reported me to Ebay " good for you " I was NOT rude or abusive and used no offensive language that is completely untrue.... And you know it..
