The zips are broken on both the cover and liner I have bought this same item before and the new one is different from the oldI have photos of the old ones zips and they are still good the last 2 photos are of the old bean bag about 5 years old and the zips r still good the reason why i bought this bean bag was the quality and because i can take the cover off and wash it now i can’t even get the zip open regards Linda Jackson
