The Mono pole is not the highest of quality i would not expect it for the money, however firstly the screw that hold the camera to the base didn't have enough thread I increased the thread now pull the cameras tightly to the tilt head, the pan and tilt still had mould flashing inside which I carefully removed, I also had turn off a few thou from the annular groove on the tilt boss and clean off the flashing to this part making the action a tad smoother in opperation... it now is usable..
