Excellent quality. There are nylon washers and there are nylon washers. Cheap ones are a soft, white plastic that are poorly formed and too pliable to do their job properly. These ones are proper nylon, firm yet slightly yeilding, perfectly formed with no slag, moulding leftovers etc. If you want quality, don't even think about getting one of those cheap bulk-buy assorted boxes. Instead, figure out which size you want, how many you need and get good quality ones like these. I'll buy again.
