Deceptive listing pictures; photos included official merchandise from a musical artist that the listing was for that was not actually sent. Seller had a tiny disclaimer on the listing that said the item was not included. Then why put it in the photos? Seller was combative when I asked for a return. Ebay, agreed, however, and provided a full refunded under a buyer protection case.

Sold with...(backing card not included). Sold 44 & this is the first time this has happened.
eBay refunded the buyer under 'buyer protection', with no impact on me.
Basically saying, I was not found at fault and the refund was goodwill!
I have adjusted my listing to further avoid further questionable purchases!
