My Laptop had a short in motherboard. It was repaired and after 24 hrs of use, it is working great. Everything works. It actually seems to boot faster than before it failed. An apparent miscommunication occurred with swapping the 8gb memory hidden below motherboard with the easily replaced 16 gb memory. I was disappointed that this did not occur but think a strong 5* is warranted. The repair happened fast and ahead of schedule.
