So when I received my package, the package was actually slightly ripped on the bottom right hand side. I immediately panicked because I was super worried that my autographed order was damaged because with that slightly ripped hole on the bottom right, you could actually see into the package. The white boards holding my item was damaged as well, that’s why I was worried about my item. Thankfully, my item was safe and undamaged. Thank god! For $15 shipping, I expected better. Package better.

I do sincerely apologize for this. I have been shipping the exact same way and have never had a problem, however I do appreciate your feedback. I am glad the item was not damaged. Also if possible are you able to send me pics of the damaged packaging so I can provide it to the shipping service to investigate as I want to guarantee this never happens again as damage from the mail carriers is out of my hands but I want to make the mail provider aware to ensure this does not happen going forward
