You sent me a different then shown in the picture and to top it all off it was broken upon arrival the typewriter is now useless!

99% certain that the typewriter I received was not the typewriter in the photo, since the photo shows the owners manual, which I did not receive. Description says “work tested” but the one I received does not work. Whether that’s because they sent me an item different from what is shown, or whether it’s because they shipped it internationally without a box or any kind of protection at all, who can say. They just wrapped it in a FedEx bag. I’m unhappy with this outcome. Would not recommend.
