    This mattress is not fit to sleep on - the springs are very prominent and can be felt after only 2 weeks sleeping on the bed.It collapses at the sides as there is no padding to the side edges. had to open a case to return although seller did offer 20% discount but it s no use and I have had to purchase another mattress. It says something when my daughter is more comfortable on the 7 year old mattress she had than this....

    I have already been in contact and all you offered were discounts, but the mattress is of NO USE. It is defective, not as described and not fit for purpose and, as you were informed, I will issue legal proceedings for recovery together with a claim for interest and costs if this is not resolved. This seller is not interested in any issues and posts the same advice re customer support - do that and you will be fobbed off.
