    I am blown away of the fitment and quality of these covers. it took a whole 3 minutes to install but boy these are 1000 miles ahead of any bmw covers I have ever owned or saw.

    Item shipped with one of the seat covers with torn straps. Seller's resolution was not to send a new seat cover but to refund half of the item and have me stuck with a useless seat cover.

Acknowledging the issue, we offered a partial refund which you gladly accepted, received & thanked us for!Later though you changed your mind so you asked for a new item for free plus you'd also keep the refund!!We contacted eBay to ensure that we act according to policies: they confirmed & we proceeded 100% per the guidelines given to us & your will.Thus we believe that this review is highly unfair to us and our reliability
