Didn’t respond to communication. This seller lost an additional $300 in sales by not responding. I had everything in my cart, just waiting for a response to my inquiry about the advertised specials and advertised shipping costs.
Items were not shipped timely, and my shipping cost was higher than advertised on the items I was already obligated to buy.

Your order was shipped 2 days after your paid for it. I'm not responsible for the post office delivery times. It was shipped in a timely manner. The shipping was as advertised. Everything was combined and shipped into one order under 1 shipping charge. For larger stamp sheets the shipping is $3.99 and that is what you were charged. There was no inflated shipping. I will admit I missed your email and I have apologized for that. Everyone makes mistakes now and then. Not in the business of losing $
