Shipping is from the other side of the world. They sent an adult hat but I ordered kids- they are now out of the kids hats. Huge hassle to return. Never buying from this company again.

Our policy clearly states no returns, which you were aware as this was your initial message to us, there were no guarantees. The measurements are in the item description. We attempted to work with you for an exception and you refused to send us a photos of the item, and did not reply to our last message. If you were not reasonable to work with us, this could have been avoided.

When I order the cap it had nothing in the description that it was a woman’s hat that has a hole for a ponytail it’s obviously for a woman I ordered a hat for myself, but just had to give it to my wife, because of the obvious reason
