Very poor and lazy customer service! Item has been stuck at its point of origin for over a week. I reported this and seller just updated tracking info which changed nothing. Some things are beyond a seller’s control, but they can also be more pro-active or do something to make it right. Sadly high volume sellers can get away with treating customers like this.

We ship all orders daily, including Saturday's when we are home. We provide a high level of service when it comes to shipping time. eBay standard envelopes do not have origin tracking at your local post office. Feedback regarding shipping like this should not be allowed on eBay.
