This item has never been refunded only partially which was for a reduction in postal costs due to being part of a multiple order. Item has been delivered to you in the same reinforced envelope that item 115690621998 was sent (see by yourself next review down).

Hi Trevor - We have sent all other items to you, only one of the four orders was fully refunded due to stock misplacement and we sent two FOC similar items to compensate as its not our normal service.
