Very positive experience! I accidentally broke my battery connector on my iPod Classic 7th gen, I sent the motherboard for repair and it was repaired within a few days. I also received photos as proof that it was working before it was sent back to me. Very professional and kept me up to date with messages throughout the repair process. I would recommend this service for iPod repair over going to a local repair shop.
