Seller blocked me from future purchases, for requesting a refund!!!
Card didnt arrive, so requested a replacement. Was told I couldnt have one, so requested a refund instead and said id order another (They seemed fine with this!). Attempted to order the new one to find ive been blocked by the seller!!Very petty and childish response!! Dont order from here unless you want a seller who gets annoyed at you for requesting a refund if your purchase doesnt arrive! Really disappointing behaviour!!

This was a misunderstanding and absolutely my mistake. I had copied the wrong username to add to my blocked buyers list in error. I have removed this user from the list now and corrected it with the low feedback account that was meant to be added. I have also messaged the buyer to let them know what happened and to say they're welcome to order again. Had no issue refunding for the lost item and buy was/is welcome to order from me any time. Sorry again for this!

The seller has now been in contact and explained this was an unfortunate mistake on their part. I have been unblocked for future purchases so this has now been resolved, please disregard this negative feedback!!
