First of all i don't support fake or counter fake items. If this item was fake i had not knowledge of that since i bought them from a retail store.
Second of all i have send the buyer a full refund when he open a item not received case but it seems he kept the item and the money. Now to close this case i got a negative feedback. Very nice of him/her.
