Yes the shoes are used but a couple weeks and the heels brake off!!

Dear Buyer after one month of using this shoes you complaining that heels brake off
But you never contact me with this problem. Never submit any pictures or ask for return.
I understand your frustration but not to contact Sellers first to help fix the problem or just to give a negative feedback its not good idea.
