The description claimed these were clippers/cutters and per conversation with the seller was told that these were not sufficient for tuff nails that I would need cutters. My wife can't get them to cut/clip her nails which arent no where near as bad as mine. Historically I would simply purchase what were described as toe nails clippers and they would work fine. In this instance I simply wanted clippers/cutters that were longer. I am sad that they were no use to me, they seemed high quality.
