when fitted, the fron housing of the flashlight cannot thread all the way back down over the flange of this bulb, so it looses ability to focus, and makes the over all assembly longer than it needs to be

Item arrived promptly, was installed and works just fine. Brightness of the Solitaire is a magnitude (or so it seems) higher. Item was fairly priced, and the shipping cost was reasonable. Would do business again, should I need another LED upgrade for any flashlight.
