Wow, not sure why! You ordered the tire 31st, we shipped from the closest warehouse to you (exclusive Metzeler distributor) on the 1st. You received the tire on the 3rd. On the 4th, you started a return that you don't like the tire. On the 5th we approved the return with the info you needed, and as of the 11th you still haven't shipped it back. But on the 10th, you leave negative feedback that we aren't good company. Sorry, but we do not make the tires, the manufacture's do, Metzeler does.
