The sleeve to extend the one rear wheel was damaged. The weld for the nut is broken and makes sliding the wheel out and in nearly impossible. After long ship times I expected the dolly to be in like new shape. The packaging was not damaged, so it came from the factory like this. I would return if I knew the replacement would come quickly.
