The 12 string bone nut was as described and delivered as promised. I'll definately need to do some "Luthier" (filing & cutting) work on the nut to fit my 1965, 12 string Ovation guitar. "Music At Heart" was very helpful & patient with several email requests that I made to try to get all of the string spacing dimensions correct as possible on the nut to fit my guitar. jemy_66
