This seller offers better discounts and other products on their website. I asked to cancel my orders (within minutes of purchase) - as I was going to purchase directly, along with other things! They only cancelled one of my purchases and have shipped the other?! Stating they cannot cancel as they have shipped already. Sadly this has been a rude/weird experience, and I will not be purchasing directly or again from this seller.

As stated in our store policy, priority dispatch means we process orders quickly after receiving them. Once a shipping label is purchased, we're no longer able to cancel the order due to the automated system with our shipping carrier.
