I paid top dollar for a historical document and the seller shipped it in an envelope. No cardboard to protect it, nothing, only a thin pad. It got chewed up by the USPS meat grinders and torn at the corners. No apology offered and the seller said to return it. Would it hurt to leave your pride aside and be more courteous to your customers and accept your mistakes? Neg feedback is 100% warranted.

Sorry U were so unhappy but I like to wk w/ reasonable customers.I check every purchase is packed well before I send it.A bit exaggerated yr claim that USPS:‘put it through a meat grinder’.I offered you a Resolution to this&you did NOT take it.U had every opportunity to do a return w/ a FULL refund.Why did you keep this quality item if U were unhappy?Would it hurt you to do a return, or were U just working me for a 50% discount? Your feedback is 100% NOT warranted.You should have done a return.

Excellent condition dial. Arrived safe and sound. Every item I purchase from this vendor is as described, packaged perfectly and shipped super fast. I fear I will run out of money before the seller runs out of quality items.
