The item that arrived was a fake, as demonstrated by the non-original cable, poor quality materials, Chinese software and the fact that the headphones did not connect to the original b&o application. the seller didn't even bother to reply to the messages, and had the courage to refund me half the amount in addition to the money lost due to customs. Luckily eBay intervened by refunding at least the entire amount. Not recommended and incorrect, among other things selling a fake on eBay is a crime
