I asked seller if there was an issue. I received a reply back that the shirt was sold months ago on another platform. I was told usually this doesn’t happen. Unfortunately for me it happened. Buyer didn't notice the refund until later (an hour) and didn't read explanation. We understand that the buyer is frustrated about not getting a shirt, but we did everything we could to notify the buyer and refund them IMMEDIATELY, so they could seek other options if needed. We apologized and offered a coupon. We take our customers and service very seriously.
