I coulda got a bird for a forth of the cost had I wanted a defective bird or one that didn't make sound. This was something my disabled son really wanted. I HATE when he gets disappointed by something he's really looking forward to. It says right on sellers page "No returns accepted" so either they know they are selling things that don't fit the description given OR they just don't care about customer satisfaction.
