Yes, it was my choice to wait for the delivery but if I had received updated delivery instructions I could have prioritized my time accordingly. Buyer knew and messaged me ahead of time complaining about international shipping prices - of which ebay handles, not me. The buyer asked for a discount to help cover the costs - and I gave them one. All of the complaints here are on buyer's end. This is misuse of feedback.
