I have 8 campuses ranging from 10 miles away to 300 miles away. I have tried to get this seller to replace the bad card and they refuse. I have been in contact with this seller for 2 weeks now and we have had no success in getting good parts. We've asked them to confirm if this cleared up their issue but so far we have not heard back. The switch we originally sent them was tested and reset to factory settings prior to shipment and only started having issues once they loaded their own configuration. The customer never asked for a replacement module, we sent them one on our own.
