I recently purchased Snake beads from your store, and unfortunately, it turned out to be fake. Despite the description claiming authenticity, the product I received was clearly a knockoff. This is highly disappointing and misleading to customers. I expected better from your reputable store. It's frustrating when seller doesn’t respond to inquiries, especially regarding such significant issues.
