This doll looks a bit windswept- her hair and hat in a bit of a tangle when we opened the box. Could have been better with a hair net on. But a pretty doll all the same and clean.

Thank you for your feedback .. Sorry have never been asked for a net on the hair before as she never came with one it never crossed my mind .. maybe when I returned her to the box after the photos her hair became tussled .. but glad you liked her

This dress was BRAND NEW and the reason for sale was my Grand-daughter got pregnant .. sorry for the inconvenience to you - do you wish to return it for a refund ??
