TLDR - LED's suck, I'm switching back to Halogen or Xenon. They light up one side of the bulb on dim, and both sides of the bulb on bright. So in a conventional headlight, the beam intensity doesn't change, it fans outward or inward depending on how you have the bulb oriented. In my headlights it can't be oriented up/down, just left & right. Also they make you look like you are driving around with your brights on because the intensity or brightness is always the same on dim/bright.
