Item arrived filthy dirty. The case was very soiled. The outside of the instrument had dirt and finger marks very unclean and the inside was sticky with old spit that would not clean off. How could anyone sell it on like that?
Very disappointed I can’t get it clean I can’t use it.

As soon as I tried to play it after 3 tracks it stopped then turned itself off , got in touch with seller they said try different cd,s , I done that soi said to seller I will send it back for refund , they said send it back and we will see what's wrong and if its OK they then said that I could get another player , I just want refund , I'm sending the package to them today I pray I get refund

What we actually said was that the player was extensively tested as all electronics are and worked just fine. We said to return the item and once we security checked it (we security mark all items over a certain value) we will test the item to see if we can find the problem and if it is ok, offer it back to you or if it is not, then we will refund in full and approach RM for a claim for damage.
