Product would not fit for anyone with a normal size scrotum, let alone anyone suffering from swelling of any form like hydrocele or from post operative soreness. The distance from the waist band to the base of the pouch is ridiculously short & the pouch itself is tiny. I ordered a size larger than that they recommend & it was still absolutely useless. A shame as the materials are perfectly good. Be aware of the seller's conditions that "Return accepted Only if I send wrong item, any other ..." !
