Sold me an polybag sealed comic and in our messages when I asked, told me that the comic had no bends, dents rips scratches etc, which.would mean NM. Upon receiving. Didn't even touch it. Took it to cgc and spineworks. They showed me all the damage. Bends, rips, dents. Was the polybag sealed? Yes. Was the condition what he stated? Absolutely not. Tried to find a resolution and was told to just leave him feedback. No return due to it now being opened, had to open to inspect. I feel robbed

Sold a sealed comic. There was no noticeable damage to the comic at all. Upon receiving buyer opened from plastic, and took to get the comic graded. Buyer was upset that the comic didn’t get the grade he wanted, I never said it would be graded any certain number. I did not want the comic back after he/she had opened it out of the plastic and now there is damage to it. Very unfortunate but buyer was never once lied to.
