Hello, that is simply not true. You purchased the item and we sent you a message clarifying its condition to ensure that you were happy with it before sending it out and you never responded. Only 1 week passed since you purchased it; not 1 month. No fraud has occurred, just was trying to prevent you from being unhappy with an item and we also processed a full refund as soon as you requested it. Not sure how else to please you. Thanks!

The product was described as a battery box, what I received was the fuse box top. I have contacted the seller and he said that they would make it right and send me the proper product an H3 Hummer battery box. Still waiting for it to arrive. I will update as soon as it arrives. And change rating.
